Synerion Mobile app for iPhone and iPad

Synerion Mobile application for medium to large size organizations enables employees to clock in and out via smartphone, view their vacation balance, timesheets and report on start/end of tasks.

Location-based attendance reporting

The application tracks the geographical location from which In- and Out-times are recorded and displays degree of accuracy. Punches received from outside the specified range are defined as exceptions and flagged for verification.

Display of vacation balance

The application allows employees to view their vacation balance data: allowance, usage, and vacation balance. (Integration with the Synerion Time and Attendance system is required.)

Timesheet Display

The Synerion Mobile application allows the employees to view their Timesheet based on data from the attendance system. (Integration with the Synerion Time and Attendance system is required.)
In a vertical display on the phone, the employee can view his/hers daily attendance and absence data, including error indication, in the current or previous period.

Reporting on Start/End of Task

Synerion Mobile enables employees to submit reports in real time on start/end of tasks. (Integration with Synerion’s labor costing system is required.)
Task reporting by smartphone supports the organization’s reporting conventions.
Employees can view all their submitted reports for the current date, including task details, the time and location.

After contacting Synerion, to activate the application for the first time, enter the company name and define user name and password. Employees must first be registered to enable certain identification. After the system administrator approves the registration, the employee can use the application.

In case of a failure of the application, support is available through our website or by e-mail.

אפליקציית Synerion Mobile מיועדת לארגונים בסדר גודל בינוני ומעלה ומאפשרת דיווחי נוכחות של העובדים באמצעות הטלפונים החכמים שברשותם, תצוגה של יתרת ימי החופשה וגיליון הנוכחות שלהם ולדווח ביצוע משימות.

דיווח נוכחות מבוסס מיקום

דיווחי הנוכחות של העובד – תחילת וסיום העבודה, מועברים באמצעות ה- Smartphone תוך זיהוי מיקומו בעת הדיווח והצגת הטווח של רמת הדיוק וזאת עפ"י רשימת אתרים מורשים. דיווח מחוץ לטווח מסומן כדיווח חריג לצרכי בקרה.

תצוגת יתרת חופשה

האפליקציה מציגה לעובד את נתוני יתרת החופשה שלו: זכאות בשנה הנוכחית, ניצול שנתי ויתרת חופשה. (נדרשת אינטגרציה למערכת הנוכחות של Synerion).

תצוגת גיליון הנוכחות

אפליקציית Synerion Mobile מאפשרת תצוגה של גיליון הנוכחות של העובד וצפייה בנתונים מתוך מערכת הנוכחות. (נדרשת אינטגרציה למערכת הנוכחות של Synerion).
העובד יכול לראות את נתוני הנוכחות וההיעדרויות שלו, כולל סימון שגויים, בכל יום בתקופה הנוכחית או בתקופה קודמת.

דיווח ביצוע משימות

אפליקציית Synerion Mobile מאפשרת לעובדים לדווח ביצוע משימות בזמן אמת, בתחילת או עם סיום המשימה. (נדרשת אינטגרציה למערכת תמחיר המשימות של Synerion).
דיווח המשימות באמצעות הטלפון החכם תומך באופן הדיווח המקובל בארגון, תוך זיהוי המיקום ממנו בוצע הדיווח ושעת הדיווח.
המערכת מציגה לעובד את כל הדיווחים שלו בתאריך הנוכחי, פרטי המשימה, שעת הדיווח והמיקום ממנו בוצע.

לאחר ההתקשרות עם ,Synerion להפעלה ראשונה של האפליקציה יש להזין שם חברה בהתאם לפרטי הלקוח ולהגדיר שם משתמש וסיסמה. יש לבצע רישום ראשוני של העובד על מנת לאפשר זיהוי ודאי. לאחר אישור הרישום ע"י מנהל המערכת יכול העובד להפעיל את האפליקציה.
במידה ונתקלת בתקלה בתפעול האפליקציה, ניתן לקבל שירות באמצעות האתר שלנו, או באמצעות מייל.
